Alfred Ganser hat über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Internet-Branche. Bereits während seines Studiums der BWL befasste er sich im Rahmen von wissenschaftlichen Projekten mit dem praktischen Einsatz von Streaming Media in der virtuellen Lehre, was nicht zuletzt zu einem der ersten virtuellen Studiengänge Bayerns führte. Direkt nach seinem Studium der BWL war er von 2001 an bei einer Kommunikationsagentur für neue Medien in Regensburg als Streaming Specialist beschäftigt und kümmerte sich dort um die Durchführungen diverser Live-Streaming-Übertragungen für Unternehmenskunden. Ein Jahr später war er am Aufbau eines Münchener Startups im Bereich Live-Übertragung von Kongreß- und Unternehmenskommunikation via Streaming-Media beteiligt. Im weiteren Verlauf war er dort als Senior-Projektmanager und Head of Streaming tätig, bevor das Startup letztendlich an ein Medienunternehmen verkauft wurde. Die letzten 12 Jahre verantwortete er als Director of Technology der „Webcast“-Abteilung bei der SES Germany GmbH in Unterföhring alle technischen und organisatorischen Abläufe im Rahmen von Live-Streaming-Übertragungen für Unternehmenskunden. Seit 01. August diesen Jahres ist Alfred Ganser als Team Lead für das Solutions Engineering Team der DACH Region bei Cloudflare zuständig.
